Live Site

Overview
Washington Wilds is a new endeavor created by two Washington State outdoors enthusiasts who wanted to share content with users seeking info about trails, tourist spots, and lesser-known adventures. Of course, they plan to provide some reviews on these locations and functionally helpful gear.
Challenge
Provide a robust and scalable website built using the Client-First Framework for scalability.
Garrett Dayfield, owner of MTSO, reached out because he was frustrated with managing inflexible template sites. The initial meeting was fruitful, and a budding relationship between a local, well-respected business owner and this designer took off quickly. In fact, Garrett decided that he wanted me to tackle the Company's visual identity, too. Now we're talking.

Working with Joseph Graham at Two Wolves was an outstanding experience. He delivered on all my requests and made the entire process enjoyable. From logo to web design, he checked all the boxes—going above and beyond to create a site that exceeded my expectations. His knack for detail, whether in color choices, wording, or overall design, really set his work apart. He worked at my pace, ensuring everything was exactly how I wanted it, and the final result is not only visually impressive but already generating revenue.

Result
Building on existing brand equity and drawing in new families and businesses.
I began with the logo, color palette, and typography. It was essential to capture the brand's spirit with a logo that was memorable, minimalist, bold, and representative of Garrett's aesthetic. In the case of MTSO, we had to solve the classic issue of a lengthy company name: Mold Testing Solutions of Oregon is a mouthful and difficult to remember for people unfamiliar with the business. Garrett understood the challenge and remained objective from start to finish. The result of his willingness to embrace change speaks for itself.
Website designs were quick and without many challenges. Garrett's ability to step outside the business and see what his customers see was a significant advantage and kept the project moving along nicely. In fact, the entire project was four weeks, from start to finish.
